1.) Items are guaranteed to be as represented in their descriptions; however, no warranty is expressed or implied regarding fitness for a particular use. These are decorative items which are intended for display purposes only. Any use of these items is at the buyer's sole risk.
1a.) COIN GRADING - Grading is subjective. There is no consistent and 100% concrete standard. However, we base our grading of US coins on Photograde. Foreign coins are graded according to standards most readily available to us at the time; for example, for Canadian coins we use The Canadian Connoisseur's photo grading guide, available at http://www.coinoisseur.com/GradingCoins.html. Where a specific guide is not available for a particular world coin, we base our grade on the analogous Photograde standards for US coins. In any case, you may return coins you feel to be incorrectly graded. There is a 30-day return period (see #3 and 4, below).
Return privilege does not include shipping costs.
2.) By placing an order, the buyer affirms that he or she is at least 18 years of age and will not use any of the items on this site for purposes other than decoration, display, and / or collecting.
3.) There is a 30-day time period for returns, exchanges, and refunds. After this time we will not accept returns or give refunds / exchanges.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Please note that we do not accept returns for items when the reason is any feature that was clearly described or depicted in the photos.
4.) Representation of antiques and collectibles for sale on this website is according to the best of seller's present knowledge. If you find item to be incorrectly represented, return it within 30 days for a refund (we're sorry, but you are responsible for shipping costs). Please make sure you use insurance or get a tracking number on all return packages. In order to process your refund, we must receive the returned merchandise.
5.) We are absolutely not responsible for packages lost or damaged in the mail system. Nearly all packages will include at least Delivery Confirmation; fragile or high-value items will ship insured mail or UPS. If the tracking information says a package was delivered, then the package was delivered. You are responsible for chasing down packages that the new guy on the postal route may have accidentally delivered to Widgets Are Us, your neighbor down the street, or Mt. Erebus, Antarctica instead of your house.
6.) We do not ship furniture or certain other large items; customer is responsible for arranging pickup.
7.) We make no guarantees on the current or future resaleability or market value of any item(s). We assume no responsibility for monetary or other loss that may arise from the buyer's purchasing any item(s) from this website.
8.) Buyer acknowledges and accepts that by placing an order, he / she will abide by our Policies, Terms, and Conditions.
