Important Note 1: The shopping cart will say CR-Scientific. That is the name of our main business. That shopping cart, however, will accept orders from the website you are on right now (as well as our main web site).
Important Note 2: If you ordered an item and have not received it, please contact our main customer service (CR Scientific). Orders normally show up in a numbered sequence in our computerized invoice list, where we read and fill them; this normally works quite well, but for some reason, once in a while we get an order that does not parse correctly into an invoice.
We do not yet know why this happens, but it may have to do with server-side spam filtering. The name of the item you ordered (or even your address) could have some characteristic that causes spam filtering to block it from getting to our inbox. When we find out about it, you WILL get your merchandise or a refund where applicable; all you have to do is contact us. We aim to have satisfied, repeat customers. There is nothing to gain by taking someone's money and deliberately not shipping product (first of all, that's called fraud; second of all, the customers won't come back to buy again!!)
About our Selection:
Antiques and collectibles in the on-line catalog are typically smaller ones that lend themselves well to packing and shipping. We plan to sell some items that are too big to ship and must be sold in person (or be crated up specially and shipped via truck freight). In the future we will have descriptions and prices of these up on this web site. For such items we will accept checks or money orders. Personal checks would be accepted with photo ID.
